Hotel is good. Staff is good. Cooperative. Reached at midnight but staff was helpful. Room was good cozy. Clean rooms. Had food options from restaurant even at midnight. Very near (nearest) to NDLS railway station just 1 min walking distance.

Rooms were good and tidy, but their washroom has poor drain system, and they restrict outside food inside the room when we order food through their hotel's restaurant they charge 10% extra in the name of room service which is quite unfair.
